Armando Barajas
Armando Barajas serves as a trainer at the National Conflict Resolution Center, bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership, training, and conflict management. His extensive background includes service in the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Specialist, where he led teams, managed high-stakes training, and facilitated international engagements that promoted diplomacy. As a Training Specialist, Armando delivered over 5,000 hours of instruction, equipping teams with the tools to enhance dynamics, foster inclusive communication, and effectively resolve conflicts.
In a unique role as a training liaison and course manager, he developed international training programs for students attending U.S. Navy schools, training Naval Officer representatives from countries including Australia, Bahrain, Colombia, Mexico, Egypt, Japan, Lithuania, Romania, and South Korea.
After his military service, Armando earned an MBA and became an entrepreneur, mentoring small business owners and entrepreneurs in client-facing dynamics to help them succeed. A first-generation Mexican American fluent in English and Spanish, he is passionate about working with diverse populations.
