Emerging Leader Communication Training

Drawing on decades of supporting workplaces through training and coaching new and experienced leaders across the country, the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) developed “Culture, Communication, and Conflict – A Certificate Program for Emerging Leaders” to specifically address the challenges emerging leaders face. Through emerging leader communication training, participants acquire and develop the skills to be successful in their new leadership roles.
This communication training for new leaders features four uniquely designed sessions, which focus on different aspects of what it takes to be a successful leader.

The training provides practical tools for leading meetings, delivering feedback, and addressing team communication challenges.
Cancellation Policy
Participants may withdraw their registration and request a full refund up to 2 weeks before the start date of the first session. After that, registrations are non-refundable. Participants may also switch their registration to a future date, one time, at no charge. Switching dates more than once will incur a $50 processing fee for each change. Switching dates voids the ability to cancel up to 2 weeks before the training date and the registration fee then becomes non-refundable.

This Program has been pre-approved for 8 credit hours toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
