Samantha Jenkins is a facilitator and trainer with the National Conflict Resolution Center where she engages with stakeholders and community partners who are seeking to improve their communication, expand their leadership capacity, and build bridges within the community. For more than 20 years Samantha has worked in the nonprofit sector in the San Diego region and has gained an understanding of the challenges that local organizations face in trying to address the ever-growing needs of San Diego’s diverse population. Samantha employs her skill sets as a certified leadership coach and nonprofit consultant to support individuals in increasing their confidence related to challenges that they may face related to their important work.

Samantha is committed to helping those around her better understand themselves and each other as a means of improving the general San Diego landscape. This commitment is demonstrated in her service on multiple municipal and nonprofit boards. She currently serves as the chair of the Citizens Advisory Board for Police and Community Relations as well as the Skyline Paradise Hills Community Planning Group. Samantha also serves as the DEI Co-Chair for Women Give San Diego. Samantha genuinely believes that when individuals understand that they have the capacity to be leaders in both their personal and professional realms their authentic self comes forward and welcomes others to do the same.
