Kelsey Coney
Kelsey Coney is a seasoned training and development consultant passionate about bringing conflict management practices to organizations and communities to create better communication practices. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Conflict Resolution and Management, with a focus on the intersection of conflict resolution techniques and interpersonal communication management.
Having lived and worked abroad, she views problems from both an interpersonal and international lens. She utilizes this diversity of experience to curate creative solutions and work seamlessly with broad populations. Kelsey has spent many years working within training and development, building out customer success training, consulting field staff programming, and supporting peoples’ professional development.
Kelsey has worked with organizations including Backroads Active Travel, TED Talks, UCSB Alumni Association, and Village Up, among other companies where she has had the privilege to work with many amazing teams.
