And how do we, as individuals and as a society bridge those divides?”

The Bystander Challenge Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2-3:30pm

We’ve all been in situations where we have heard comments or witnessed behaviors that could escalate to the point of individuals feeling harassed. These micro-aggressions can perpetuate feelings of isolation in individuals and an “us” vs. “them” mentality in the broader community – hardening the lines that divide us.

As upstanders to micro-aggressions, we can create more inclusive environments that embrace diversity and foster a sense of belonging. The National Conflict Resolution Center invites you to join us as we review skills to address micro-aggressions that demonstrate respect, inclusiveness, and dignity for everyone involved.
