Lila Gridley
Case Administrator
Lila began her journey with the National Conflict Resolution Center in Spring 2026 as an intern with the Community Mediation Program. Following her graduation from San Diego State University (SDSU), she transitioned to the WCRG team full-time as a Case Administrator. In this role, she hosts both in-person and virtual mediations while managing vital administrative support for all cases. Lila enjoys contributing to an environment that fosters meaningful understanding, connectivity, and resolution.
She graduated from SDSU with a B.A. in International Security & Conflict Resolution with an emphasis in Conflict in the Global System, and an Honors minor in Interdisciplinary Studies.
