Jon Hardesty
For 30 years, Jon served as a strategic Human Resources and Healthcare Executive. He dedicated his career to helping lead HR Transformation and System Integration initiatives for preeminent, highly successful, and large organizations across California, throughout the United States, and Internationally.
Driven to support the workforce in the pursuit of an enjoyable experience for all employees, he was guided by Alternative Dispute Resolution, Servant Leader, and Experience Economy principles. Jon strived to partner Human Resources with the business to lead the development, and enterprise-wide adoption, of distinctive cultures specifically designed to support the entire workforce and the organization’s values and strategic initiatives.
Jon is passionate about serving and strengthening the San Diego community. He teaches communication and conflict resolution skills and strategies, practices as a mediator, serves on the Boards of not-for-profit organizations, and volunteers at a food bank.
