Smhale (Sammi) Leon
Smhale (Sammi) Leon has been with NCRC since 2019 and was recruited to the WCRG team in 2021 for her attention to detail, dedicated work ethic, and years of professional experience. As Case Manager she now coordinates and schedules all Real Estate, HOA, and court mediations for several of our neutrals. Smhale has been witness to how mediation can empower parties to craft a resolution to longstanding disputes and is honored to play a role in their resolution. She is friendly, supportive, and dependable. Smhale is a Disney fan & enjoys spending time with her family.
