Rachael has worked in operations, event management, instructional design, and convention services for more than eight years. In each of these roles, she was passionate about ensuring employees and leaders had access to the tools and resources necessary to do their job effectively. In 2021, Rachael completed a Master of Science in Conflict Management and Resolution, specific to organizational needs. She is passionate about giving people access to learning opportunities while teaching them how to advocate for themselves, feel confident in their roles, and understand the beauty of failing. She is a trainer for the NCRC and a free-lance consultant specializing in curated curriculum, developmental evaluation, mediation, and event services. Born and raised in Seattle, Rachael now happily spends her days in sunny San Diego.

Rachael is a full-time sun chaser and optimist. She attempts to read 100 books a year, and you can often find her doing so under a tree in Balboa Park or on her paddleboard in Mission Bay. She is currently training to be a certified Yoga Sculpt instructor with her home studio, Yoga Box, where she gets to play loud music, use fun lights, and help people find inner strength through outer discipline. Of all her favorite hobbies and interests, being an auntie to her four nieces and nephews is the highlight of her life.
