HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

Rachael is a full-time sun chaser and optimist. She attempts to read 100 books a year, and you can often find her doing so under a tree in Balboa Park or on her paddleboard in Mission Bay. She is currently training to be a certified Yoga Sculpt instructor with her home studio, Yoga Box, where she gets to play loud music, use fun lights, and help people find inner strength through outer discipline. Of all her favorite hobbies and interests, being an auntie to her four nieces and nephews is the highlight of her life.
