Carol Brookins
Carol Brookins brings more than twenty years of progressive human resources and employee relations experience in the corporate financial industry. Carol’s longstanding work at JPMorgan Chase include her primary roles as Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations. Carol has conducted and managed investigations of workplace discrimination complaints filed with federal and state agencies and partnered with legal counsel, among others, to mitigate workplace issues. Her coaching and consultative support to management, HR business partners, and others has aided in the prevention and resolution of sensitive and complex employee matters.
At NCRC, Carol is a Lead Trainer specializing in professional and community-based workshops, certificate programs, coaching, and consultation encompassing conflict resolution, harassment prevention, diversity, equity and inclusion. She aides in the development of training curriculum and is also a certified mediator with NCRC. Carol’s compassion, empathetic and human-centric approach draws individuals into inclusive platforms to create optimal learning and coaching experiences.
