As a workplace leader, you will have to navigate conflict from time to time: warring egos, limited resources, labor disputes, and more. However, in our current climate, it seems there is a heightened level of conflict and divisiveness in the workplace, caused by polarizing issues like politics, race and gender, in-office versus remote work, and more.
Workplace leaders are expected to navigate these challenging issues or risk a decrease in worker productivity, morale, and feelings of psychological safety.
That’s why the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) developed Culture, Communication, and Conflict, a 4-part certificate program for workplace leaders. It will equip you with the skills needed to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture with employees who feel valued and fulfilled and, ultimately, more productive.
This 4-part workshop uses a scaffolding method to expand your thinking and provide new approaches to help you tackle even the most challenging situations. Each session is highly interactive, with participants sharing their experiences and knowledge and learning from others.
