Meeting Facilitation
Meeting facilitation skills to help you effectively plan, manage, and conduct meetings, even when they’re contentious.

What is Meeting Facilitation?
Meeting facilitation supports leaders as they collaborate with a group or team to find solutions, set goals, and achieve meeting objectives.
Facilitating meetings can be a challenging aspect of leadership, especially when a contentious meeting arises. Discussing controversial or complex topics, or just working through day-to-day issues can be difficult when people have different points-of-view.
With the right skills, tools, and strategies, you can conduct respectful, productive, and collaborative meetings, even when challenges arise.
The National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) created the Meeting Facilitation training to provide leaders with opportunities for reflection on their own challenges, new leadership strategies, problem-solving skills, and practical tips for planning next week’s meeting.
