As a leadership and business coach with over two decades of experience in the military, entrepreneurship, and public service, I specialize in guiding professionals through personal and professional transitions. My coaching supports individuals, whether first-time leaders, emerging entrepreneurs, or seasoned professionals—who are navigating growth, uncertainty, or new challenges in service of their goals and values.

Coaching Style

My coaching draws from values-based leadership, adult learning theory, and conflict resolution practices. With a foundation built on 20 years of military leadership, I bring a structured yet empathetic approach that emphasizes self-awareness, adaptability, and team effectiveness. My work blends practical strategy with reflective coaching, empowering clients to lead with clarity, develop resilience, and build trust across diverse teams. Whether coaching in high-stakes environments or mentoring entrepreneurs, I meet clients where they are and challenge them to grow intentionally.

Over my career, I have coached and mentored hundreds of middle managers and first-line leaders, both in the U.S. Navy and in civilian contexts, equipping them with tools to lead with purpose and cohesion. As founder of WERKFIT LLC, I’ve also supported more than 450 small business owners—many of them veterans and first-time founders—in building sustainable ventures and navigating change. I currently coach and train with the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC), facilitating inclusive leadership and communication skills across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

I hold an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University. I am also certified in Agile & Scrum methodologies and remain deeply committed to lifelong learning and public service.
