Emerging Leaders
Learn and develop the skills, knowledge, and attitude to be a successful emerging leader.

Across the country, employers in every sector – from businesses and nonprofits to universities and government agencies – want to invest in the next generation of leadership. Supporting new and emerging leaders as they grow professionally may help improve employee retention, team morale, productivity, and long-term growth and stability.
Drawing on decades of work training, coaching, and supporting leaders from diverse industries across the country, the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) developed the “Culture, Communication, and Conflict – A Certificate Program for Emerging Leaders” to help them acquire and develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes to be successful in their new leadership roles. The series includes four sessions, each focused on different aspects of what is required to become a successful leader.
