Across the country, employers in every sector–from businesses to nonprofits and universities to government agencies–want to invest in the next generation of leadership. Supporting Emerging Leaders’ professional development can improve employee retention, overall team morale, increased productivity, and long-term growth and stability.
Drawing on decades of work training, coaching, and supporting leaders from diverse industries across the country, the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) developed the “Culture, Communication, and Conflict – A Certificate Program for Emerging Leaders” to help them acquire and develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes to be successful in their new leadership roles. The series includes four sessions, each focused on different aspects of what is required to become a successful leader.
