I believe in helping individuals and communities feel that their lives and perspectives matter. Drawing from my diverse background in communications, public engagement, executive leadership, operations, public policy, consumer research, project management and technology, I guide people through complexity towards simplicity. I offer models, frameworks, processes and tools from nearly three decades of experience in the corporate, local government, and nonprofit sectors. My life experiences as the daughter of Vietnamese refugees have taught me to navigate challenging contexts with grace and humor, and inspired me to share these skills with diverse populations working toward the greater good.

Coaching Style

Using compassion, warmth and creativity, I share opportunities for discovery that enable clients to see a clear path forward. I favor an appreciative inquiry approach to help reveal possibilities, then co-develop incremental, intentional actions toward a desired future state. Recognizing that each circumstance is unique I tailor my approach to match the clients’ needs, and provide robust resources to support extended learning. My communication style can be described as engaging, direct, casual and caring.
