As a certified trainer with the National Conflict Resolution Center, and a retired executive with 30 years of experience leading large organizations’ Human Resources operations, and practicing employee/labor relations and mediation, I specialize in equipping individuals with the communication and alternative dispute resolution skills to lead with influence, adaptability, and collaboration.
