THRIVE

A Goal Oriented
Approach to Reducing the
Risk to Recidivate

The THRIVE program, part of the National Conflict Resolution Center’s initiative to avoid the pipeline to prison, is here to support youth transitioning out of our Juvenile Diversion Initiative. THRIVE aims to keep participants engaged in prosocial activities, leveraging community resources to foster their strengths and prepare them for employment. Each participant is paired with a Case Manager, engages in peer mentoring, and helps design a personalized plan to reach their goals.
